We love our clients (people and dogs) and are happy to share just a few of our many success stories.
Bark Pouches are very high value, so have been great in difficult situations or when a big reward is needed. I also love taking them on walks when I don’t want a pocket full of treats, it is very convenient and no treat crumbs left in my pockets. The kitties love them so much too. I often share this product and recommend Bark Pouches to clients for training and also picky eaters to put on top of their meals and entice them to eat. –Veterinarian Dr. Carrie, Paws in Balance
It worked well for desensitization exercises and leash walking exercises. My dog loved the flavor. The dogs who ate it in class were ones that were highly distracted, and this grabbed their attention. –Dog Trainer Nicole, Animal Sense

Bark Pouch has made our lives much easier and it’s a must-have when it comes to walking our dog, Carly. It’s a high reward treat that’s very easy to use and allows you to better time the delivery of the treat. All you need to do is take the cap off and squeeze the pouch for delivery. The paste comes out immediately, and it’s easy to control the amount delivered. We’re not expert trainers, just relatively new dog parents to a reactive dog. The Bark Pouch has made our walks much easier as we are no longer frantically looking for a treat when a dog or a human passes by and has also cut the time prepping for walks as we no longer need to make our own high reward treat! Oh! And one great added benefit is that we haven’t lost our fingers! Carly is also grabby, and delivery of treats can be painful, especially in stressful situations (i.e. walking outside). With the Bark Pouch, delivery of treat is a pleasant experience for all of us! –Awesome Dog Parents, Paulina and Mike
I love these! I love the tubes, but more importantly, the dogs loved them. They’re easy to use, last a long time, and keep well in the frig. I think you have a winner of a product!! Dog Trainer Julie, A Positive Connection Dog Training
At first I was skeptical. I thought the pouch would be too cumbersome to deliver effectively, with the clicker and leash. But I put it in my treat pouch which has a variety of treats, and found that it is very easy to reach and deliver the “paste” for counter-conditioning work—and still able to grab other treats to reinforce different behaviors. I recently adopted a Bulldog/Staffordshire cross and she is a handful, to put it mildly. Low to the ground with her little stumpy legs, but that also gives her a lot of power and when she sees another dog. The sheer excitement…well difficult to describe, but NOT fun! Since I started using the salmon/cheese mix, her response time of looking at a strange dog and looking back at me is immediate! –Dog Trainer Fran, Go Fido Good Fido
All I needed to do was take the cap off of the cheesy sardine treat pouch and my dog was howling away. I really like the pouch idea especially for training. When another dog walks by, she’ll look at the dog for a split second and then immediately looks at me for a treat. I also see it as a good way to hide pills since it is cream cheese mixed with the fish. –Super Dog Mom, Susan
I had a rescue dog that would not eat anything for a few days. I tried this pouch and he LOVED IT! It was my way to get him back to eating his normal food and then using this as a high value treat. I also use it as a training tool for my stubborn basset hound and it really worked. The dogs LOVE the smell of it and they know as soon as I get one out! Also, these are not messy at all. GREAT PRODUCT and highly recommend. –Queen Dog Rescuer, Sarah
I’m always looking for new, limited ingredient treats since I have a dog with allergies. My dogs absolutely love Bark Pouch and I don’t have to be worried there is chicken hidden in a long list of ingredients. I also had a small breed dog that I was training who was terrified of men and everything outside. She would not take any treats once outside. She even turned her nose up to hot dogs, my old “go to”. But Bark Pouch worked! Now she loves her walks. Bark Pouch also was a big hit in my outdoor classes and with leash reactive dogs. The outside world can be so distracting and dogs need a high value reward to compete with other stimuli. –Dog Trainer Melissa, Pawesome Dogs
As one of the founders of Bark Pouch, I absolutely believe in our product. I used to spend so much time chopping up greasy hot dogs and cheese for my sessions. My hands were always disgusting. It’s so easy to grab a couple of pouches! I’ll admit, I sometimes forget to defrost them overnight so, a quick run under tepid water does the trick. Or, if it’s a hot day, I take the frozen pouch on a walk and within a few minutes, my clients’ dogs enjoy a frosty treat. I like knowing that I am offering a product free of icky, fake ingredients. Dogs who suffer from serious behavioral issues now enjoy a better quality of life because they eat from their pouch in high-stress environments. –Dog Trainer Brandi, Barker Behavior
As a dog trainer working in Manhattan, one of my biggest challenges is helping dogs who are fearful, reactive, and aggressive towards dogs and people here in the busy city. Many of my clients need to carry high value, delicious, special treats with them on every walk while following training protocols. In the past, I recommended that clients pull out their blender and take time making slurry to stuff into specially ordered camping tubes and salad dressing dispensers. With Bark Pouch, my clients no longer have to do this. The Bark Pouch fits perfectly into a pocket or treat bag, and is a no mess, no fuss way to support training, stuff a Kong, or spice up mealtime. The dogs LOVE it, and the humans do too! –Dog Trainer Lauren, Lauren’s Leash, LLC
My dogs went bonkers over the pouches that were delivered. Topper, the puppy, has a lot of issues with cars, bicycles, strangers, deer, raccoons, squirrels, and, well you get the idea. We live next to La Baugh Woods and the North branch of the Chicago River. There are tons of distractions. Your bark pouches are a miracle for us. Topper is much easier to walk. Our coton de tulear, Molly, hates everything we give her, except for lamb and steak. But she loves her peanut butter and blueberry pouch. When we put it into a Kong, the dogs go crazy for them. Better than any treat we have ever given them. –Awesome Dog Parent, Andi
