We’re super grateful for every purchase. If your dog(s)’ favorite recipe or size is out-of-stock, the restock date is in the top notification bar.
Our apologies, but we’re currently only able to ship within the U.S. We hope to expand but are unsure when that might be.
Food safety is our top priority. If your pouches remain unopened, they’re super safe in your pantry. Once opened, please use within three days and refrigerate in between uses.
Our stock turns over quickly. Most pouches have a best-by date between six months and one year from the time of purchase. The exact expiration date listed on the back of every pouch.
You should have received an email receipt immediately once you placed your order. We pack orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for shipping (or pickup) the following business day (no weekends).
Once we ship, WooCommerce sends a tracking number. If you didn’t receive any of the above, please check your spam or junk folder. It often ends up there.
All pouches we have in stock are good for 8-12 months, and each one has an individual expiration date printed on the back.
We’re working quickly to get restocked with the highest safety and processing standards we’ve always had and will always adhere to. Upcoming restock dates are below; all listed are in both sizes. We make one recipe per kitchen day and always make 50-gram and 80-gram pouches:

We want your dog to stay safe so, please wait until he learns appropriate chewing habits before making your first purchase, and never allow your dog to chew on the pouch or cap.
Bark Pouch™ is a natural product made by humans. Color and consistency may vary from batch to batch. Some of our blends change color in the product tip close to the expiration date. It’s natural, completely safe, and taste-tested by dogs and humans alike.
Our 50-gram pouch is excellent for small dogs or single-use, and our 80-gram pouch is best for large dogs or multi-dog homes.
From the box to the glassine bags, all shipping materials are recyclable. Many municipalities have the capability of recycling the caps. Just make sure to check before you put them in your bin.
Currently, due to food safety, there are no recyclable pouches available. However, we have designed a proprietary pouch that we’ll begin building the prototype once biodegradable or compostable materials are available.
