| It’s me, Mabel, again. I hear the holidays are coming! That means I get to wiggle for my Uncle Matt, dash and crash into my Aunt Beth with a squeaky toy, get my human-approved snacks from my Nanny, and get loved on repeatedly by my Uncle Chris and Isaac. With a busy time ahead, I know I’m just a dog, but I help my human all the time remember what matters most, so I’d like to pass my wisdom on to you, too: Appreciate the quiet, easy moments you have with the people and pets you love dearly. Honor your body’s need for rest. Your to-do list will remain there after you nap or give us belly rubs. Feeling frustrated or stressed? Grab a toy and shake it real good.
